| 2. At this point, the governor should call the Texas Legislature into special session. And they will have to determine how to lead the people of Texas without the constraints imposed upon them by the US Empire. |
3. The Texas Legislature will appoint ambassadors to the US Empire to negotiate a peaceful separation. |
| 4. Once Texas is recognized by the US an independent nation, all US Senators and US Representatives from Texas will be relieved of duty. |
